He is the main antagonist of the Wonderswan Color game Chopper's Big Adventure.

Personality
Fang wants to get revenge against humans for trying to exploit his island's natural resources. Since his transformation into a beast-like creature, Fang's personality has been marked by deep mistrust toward other humans. This mistrust goes so far that he wants to turn all humans into beings like himself. He was firmly convinced that a previous pirate attack had been orchestrated by the villagers, and that the Straw Hats were also fighting him on their behalf. In pursuing his goals, he even accepted the possibility that something might happen to his brother Raccoon—who actually means a great deal to him. However, Fang used to be very different: he genuinely cared about the well-being of the villagers. After his defeat, the lost trust between him and the others seem to be slowly rebuilding. He has also developed a strong interest in the mythical creature known as the Kappa after hearing that a pirate supposedly transformed into one.[1]
Abilities and Powers
Fang is a scientist with particular expertise in the study of both animal and human biology. In the course of his work, he developed a substance capable of transforming humans into humanoid animal beings. In addition, he succeeded in creating another compound that allows the user to assume a full animal form—larger and significantly stronger than the original animal. His research bears strong similarities to the effects of Zoan Devil Fruits. However, Chopper's abilities in this field surpass his, as he was able to develop an antidote relatively quickly—something Fang himself had considered impossible.
Whether Fang was a fighter before his transformation is unknown. However, after turning into a wolf, he possesses extraordinary speed, sometimes creating the illusion that he exists in two places at once. This makes him extremely difficult to hit, and even when he does take damage, he demonstrates remarkable endurance. In battle, he attacks with his claws, which can inflict fatal wounds. In his full wolf form, his strength increases even further: his paw strikes become significantly more powerful, and with his jaws he can generate razor-sharp cutting waves.
History
Past
In the past, Fang lived a happy life with his brother Raccoon in his home village on the island. He followed in the footsteps of his grandfather, a renowned scientist who had created a machine capable of harnessing solar energy. Thanks to this invention, the once icy winter island was transformed into a land of green meadows and a warm, summery climate.
After taking over his grandfather's machine, Fang used the generated energy together with three colleagues to conduct further experiments, with his brother Raccoon usually staying by his side. However, the system repeatedly spiraled out of control, causing slight tremors across the island. While Fang worked to stabilize it for the good of the villagers, he simultaneously continued his research into transferring animal traits onto humans. This ultimately led to a disastrous accident: Fang, his brother, and their three colleagues were transformed into animals themselves. Fang took on wolf-like characteristics, Raccoon developed traits of a raccoon, and their colleagues Azuki, Edamame, and Daizu became humanoid pigs. Fang was convinced that creating an antidote was impossible.
One day, pirates attacked the island intending to settle in a cave, but Fang and his colleagues managed to defeat them. Nevertheless, they came to believe that the villagers had sent the pirates, as the villagers shunned them because of their animal-like appearances and eventually drove them away. Only Raccoon doubted this conclusion and continued to stay near the village from time to time. In the end, Fang developed a drug that allowed him to transform the remaining villagers into animals as well, and he devised a plan to extend this transformation to the entire population of the Grand Line.
Chopper's Big Adventure
When the Straw Hat Pirates arrived on the island, they too were transformed into animals overnight in the village, with the exception of Chopper, who remained unchanged as he was already an animal. As the crew's doctor, it fell to him to cure his friends and uncover the island's secret. Although he quickly managed to develop an antidote, something Fang had believed to be impossible, the necessary herbs were difficult to obtain.
Raccoon informed his brother about the intruders, and Fang was particularly fascinated by Usopp's transformation into a Kappa. After Josephine and Azuki were defeated, Fang appeared to learn more about the pirates. He showed up again later after Chopper and Usopp managed to defeat Daizu as well. Surprised to see that Usopp had returned to human form, Fang nonetheless incapacitated both of them with a single attack. Before he could finish them off, however, Luffy intervened in his monkey form and drove Fang away, after which he returned to the village with Usopp and Chopper. Fang was disappointed when he realized that his brother Raccoon had led the Straw Hats' captain to him. He then retreated to the temple in the grasslands. Despite this, Raccoon once again revealed his location to the Straw Hats. After Edamame was also defeated, despite having been ordered to harm Raccoon if necessary, Fang confronted the group once more. Luffy attacked immediately, but Raccoon stepped in to protect his brother and was struck by the blow. Lying on the ground, he made one final attempt to convince his brother that he was wrong before losing consciousness.
While the Straw Hats took Raccoon back to the village for treatment, Fang withdrew to the temple, worried about his brother. He was all the more relieved when Chopper later appeared and assured him that Raccoon was recovering. This led to the decisive battle between Fang and Chopper, where their opposing mindsets became clear. Fang could not understand how Chopper, despite experiencing similar rejection and suffering, had not developed hatred toward humans. After being defeated at first, Fang asked Chopper to assist him in his research, but Chopper firmly refused. In response, Fang transformed completely into a giant wolf, yet was ultimately defeated even in this form. The now-recovered Raccoon then appeared, and together they carried the unconscious Fang back to the village, where he was treated. Gradually, the misunderstandings were resolved, and trust between everyone began to rebuild. That evening, a celebration was even held, attended by Fang's colleagues as well.
The next morning, Raccoon informed Chopper and Fang that he had discovered a hidden chamber in the temple. Fang immediately set out to investigate it. This chamber leads the player to a fifth dungeon composed of areas from the previous ones. Fang can be encountered there on floors 100 and 200, as he continues his search for a Kappa.
