Niseluffy is a Monkey D. Luffy impersonator and member of the Nisenise Pirates in the East Blue.[1]

He is an antagonist in the game Set Sail Pirate Crew!.

Appearance

Niseluffy bears an uncanny resemblance to Luffy, although with slightly different clothing (like a white shirt behind his Doskoi Panda brand vest). This allows him to successfully impersonate the Straw Hat Pirates' captain.[1]

Personality

Unlike the real Monkey D. Luffy, Niseluffy is shifty and cowardly, preferring to let his subordinates fight for him and fleeing away when confronted by the Set Sail Pirates alone.[1]

Abilities and Powers

Niseluffy wields a whip resembling Luffy's stretched arm, which he uses for combat. He is no match for the real Luffy though, as he was left barely standing after taking one of Luffy's attacks.

History

Set Sail Pirate Crew!

At some point, Niseluffy, Nisezoro, and Niseusopp began to pretend to be the Straw Hat Pirates. With their subordinates in the Nisenise Pirates, they raided the 153rd Marine Branch, sending the base into a panic before fleeing in the direction of Orange Town.

When they arrived at the town, they raided it as well, injuring the citizens and buildings. They then took up residence in a bar on the edge of town, forcing a nearby woman to remain there to cook and clean for them.

Eventually, Luffy and the Set Sail Pirates arrived at the bar, having heard of their actions. Luffy accused Niseluffy of being a fake, but Niseluffy countered that Luffy was actually the fake, displaying his Gomu Gomu no Muchi as "proof". In response, Luffy hit Niseluffy with a Gomu Gomu no Bullet, knocking him to the ground.

As Niseluffy recovered, Niseusopp challenged the Set Sail Pirates to fight outside, and they all headed out of the bar. Niseluffy immediately sicced their subordinates on the rival pirate crew, though they were swiftly defeated, and Luffy hit Niseluffy to the ground with a Gomu Gomu no Stamp.

Niseluffy remained on the ground as his crewmates lost to the Set Sail Pirates and the newly-arrived Zoro, and were handed over the Nezumi, who came to arrest them. However, with Luffy in a cage trap, Niseluffy snuck into the Set Sail Pirates' group instead, successfully escaping Nezumi's arrest.

After Nezumi leaves, the young pirates quickly realize Niseluffy's ploy, and he jumps into the water to escape them, swimming away.[1]
