Trivia
Pandaman swimming on the alternate back cover.
- Near the bottom of the inside back cover of this volume, you can find pandaman swimming. This is the continuation of an easter egg series that has been featured on the alternate back covers of volumes 25-70.
- Luffy's artwork on the cover would later be re-used as his official playable character art in Jump Ultimate Stars, but without the smoke coming out of his body as a result of Gear 2. The art was also recolored with a cel-shading style as opposed to watercolor, in order to blend in with the other playable characters' artworks.
- The same art would also be used in One Piece: Gigant Battle, but with his outfit colors changed to resemble the ones used in Marineford.
